About The Service

We may add, remove, pause, or modify features at any time, including how rankings, moderation queues, and visibility systems work.

Eligibility And Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use authentication flows only for accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring your submitted identity, handle, and linked profile information are truthful and current.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, manipulated, stolen, or misleading proof, testimonials, or identity information.
• Attempt to game rankings through fraud, coordinated manipulation, fake reviews, or undisclosed incentives.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliations, clients, or outcomes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or moderation systems.
• Scrape, copy, or exploit the service in ways that violate law or these terms.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, threaten, or invade the privacy of others.

User Content And Submissions

You retain whatever rights you have in content you submit, but you grant SenseiRanks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, review, publish, and display that content as needed to operate the service. This includes moderation, fraud review, dispute handling, public profile display, and ranking-related use.

You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have all permissions necessary to submit them. Because trust is central to the platform, misleading or unverifiable submissions may be removed, hidden, rejected, or escalated for review.

Rankings, Scores, And Trust Signals

SenseiRanks may surface experts, offers, or niches using proprietary or evolving criteria that can include proof quality, moderation outcomes, profile completeness, testimonials, recency, consistency, and other trust-related signals. Rankings are informational only. They are not professional advice, endorsements, guarantees, or promises of future performance.

We may change ranking inputs, weighting, display rules, or eligibility requirements at any time. Placement on the platform is never purchased, guaranteed, or permanently fixed.

Moderation And Enforcement

SenseiRanks may review accounts, content, proof, and testimonial activity to protect the integrity of the platform. We may remove content, reduce visibility, freeze workflows, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe a user violated these terms, created risk, or undermined trust in the platform.

We are not required to publish any submitted content and may decline to display content even if it is technically valid, especially where safety, legal, authenticity, or reputational concerns exist.

Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, communications, payments, media storage, or linked profile identity. Your use of those services may also be governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SenseiRanks and its affiliates, operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Indemnity
