Information you provide directly

When you create or operate an account, submit onboarding details, edit a profile, request testimonials, or send proof for review, we may collect details such as your name, handle, profile details, niche selection, offer information, links, media uploads, testimonial text, proof descriptions, and any other content you choose to submit.

Authentication and account information

SenseiRanks uses Clerk for authentication. When you sign in, we may receive account identifiers and profile fields made available through the authentication flow, such as your account subject identifier, display name, email address, profile image, and X-linked identity fields needed for authorization and account security.

Proof, testimonial, and moderation data

If you submit proof, approve a testimonial, or participate in a verification flow, we may collect associated metadata, submission content, timestamps, moderation status, reviewer actions, and related audit notes. Some of this information may be visible publicly if it is approved for a public profile. Other portions may remain internal for safety, fraud prevention, or dispute review.

Usage and analytics data

We collect operational and analytics data such as page views, session activity, referral context, device or browser information, interaction events, and error diagnostics. We use this data to understand product performance, improve reliability, measure adoption, and investigate abuse or technical issues.

Public Profile And Ranking Visibility

SenseiRanks is designed around public discovery. Information that you intentionally publish to a profile, or that is approved for public display after moderation, may be visible to anyone who visits the site. That can include your handle, profile details, offers, approved proof, testimonial excerpts, niche placement, and ranking-related trust signals.

Private verification artifacts, rejected submissions, internal risk indicators, and moderation notes are not published merely because you submitted them. We may still retain them internally when needed for review, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or policy enforcement.

How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that help run authentication, infrastructure, analytics, hosting, storage, or communications.
• With reviewers, moderators, or admins who need access to evaluate proof, testimonials, or account issues.
• With the public when profile content or trust signals are intentionally published or approved for publication.

Your Choices

You can typically edit or remove some profile information from within the product. You may also choose not to submit optional proof, media, or testimonial content. We may need to keep certain records even after a deletion request when doing so is required for security, fraud prevention, moderation history, legal compliance, or legitimate platform recordkeeping.

SenseiRanks and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
